There is a place online that sells grease traps and all kinds of other kitchen supplies. I have purchased from them before and I think that they are great to do business with. I had no idea what kind of trap that I would need for my business but they helped me out a lot. They did not try to sell me on the most expensive one either. They actually listened to what I had to say and then helped me decide.
